As a Store Manager at Ross Stores, you will lead and inspire a team to deliver an exceptional off-price shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising, while embodying the foundational principles of successful retail leadership.
• Analyze key business data, such as sales reports and inventory levels, to identify trends, maximize profitability, and make informed decisions regarding merchandising and operational strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with district managers and other key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment with company objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing store team, including recruiting, training, and motivating associates to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service.
• Ensure efficient processing of merchandise, adherence to loss prevention policies, and maintenance of store presentation standards that reflect the Ross brand.
• Gain a deep understanding of Ross's merchandising strategies and the off-price retail model through hands-on experience and continuous learning.
• Utilize product knowledge and customer insights to provide feedback and contribute to merchandising decisions at the store level.
• Monitor the flow of merchandise into the store, ensuring timely and accurate processing and placement on the sales floor.
• Prepare for and participate in key business meetings, providing relevant store-level insights and contributing to strategic discussions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
