Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers on the sales floor, providing excellent service and a positive shopping experience.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and well-stocked sales floor, including merchandising and visual presentation standards.
  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, and processing new merchandise shipments.
  • Contribute to achieving sales goals by engaging with customers and highlighting product value.
  • Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety guidelines.
  • Support team members in various tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Develop a basic understanding of product placement and inventory management within the store.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to address inquiries and resolve issues.

Requirements:
