In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing master data processes, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and governance within the organization. You will analyze business requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and operational efficiency.

The base salary for this role starts at $85,000, but total compensation will depend on experience, location, and additional factors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage enterprise master data, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance with governance policies.
• Develop and maintain data management processes, standards, and best practices to support business operations.
• Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and data governance teams to drive data quality initiatives and resolve data-related issues.
• Provide data analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and optimize business performance.
• Assist in the implementation of data management tools and solutions to enhance data accuracy and accessibility.
• Monitor and evaluate master data performance metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to data governance, policies, and business processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational data management policies.
• Train and support business users in data management best practices and governance policies.

• Experience with data governance frameworks and enterprise data management platforms.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
