Core Job Functions and Responsibilities

Team Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests and assist with order placement, ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment.
• Accurately process customer transactions, handling cash and card payments with attention to detail.
• Provide clear and concise information about menu items, promotions, and daily specials.
• Assist guests with any inquiries related to orders, ingredients, and customization requests.
• Ensure that the front counter and surrounding areas remain clean and well-stocked.
• Work closely with kitchen and serving staff to ensure seamless guest service.
• Follow proper procedures for handling refunds, discounts, and special promotions.
• Help train new team members on cash handling and customer service best practices.

Front Counter Support Responsibilities:

• Comply with company guidelines regarding financial transactions and security protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and nearby areas.
• Ensure all point-of-sale (POS) systems are functioning correctly and report any issues.
• Monitor order accuracy and assist in ensuring customers receive the correct items.

Guest Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding service by creating a positive and engaging interaction with guests.
• Resolve guest concerns or escalate them to the appropriate manager when necessary.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
• Encourage guests to sign up for loyalty programs and take advantage of special deals.

Operational Excellence:

• Ensure food and beverage orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including food handling and sanitation regulations.
• Keep work areas clean and well-maintained throughout the shift.

Sales and Profitability:

• Promote upselling by suggesting add-ons and meal upgrades to guests.
• Encourage participation in promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Report any shortages of supplies or products to management for timely restocking.

Communication:

• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Relay guest feedback and service concerns to supervisors or management.

Direct Responsibilities:
