Job Duties and Responsibilities of Entry Coordinator:

• Extend a warm greeting to guests and cultivate a friendly ambiance.
• Oversee waiting lists and relay expected waiting periods to customers.
• Ensure that guests are seated promptly and without delay.
• Ensure that the front entrance and waiting areas are neat and tidy.
• Provide assistance to patrons seeking information on menu choices and offerings.
• Partner with the service staff to improve the flow of guests and optimize seating plans.

Qualifications and Experience of Entry Coordinator:

• A minimum age of 16 years or above is mandatory, in accordance with relevant regulations.
• Proficient in interpersonal relations and effective communication.
• Being adept at juggling various responsibilities and effectively organizing schedules in a high-speed work environment.
• Devotion to ensuring top-notch guest experiences.
