• Ensure the restaurant remains clean, stocked, and organized.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the management team.

Guest Satisfaction:

• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service.
• Address and resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Oversee service speed and accuracy to meet guest expectations.
• Encourage guest participation in loyalty programs and promotions.

Team Development:

• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Support team members in their roles and assist in resolving any issues.
• Encourage professional growth and provide constructive feedback.

Communication:

• Act as a liaison between staff and upper management.
• Communicate shift goals and priorities effectively to team members.
• Report operational updates and challenges to the General Manager.

Direct Responsibilities:

• Ensure food and beverage orders are handled efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and labor regulations.
